Did the audio suddenly disappear?
|
Audio and recording problems are often related to the fact that more
than on app is trying to access the voice and the recording capability
of the iPad at the same time.
We suggest to follow these steps:
- double click on the home button of your iPad
- you will see all the apps that have been opened by you. If you
click (and hold down your finger for one second) on each of the icon
you will see that the icons start shaking and a red x sign will appear
on the top left of each icon
- press all the red x sign and close all the apps (including I Click → I Talk)
- start I Click → I Talk again.
Finally, please make sure
the audio button on the ipad is on and all the settings for the audio
are also on.
